Legacy Referrers: Have purchased and installed, to completion, a photovoltaic system through All Sun Solutions. 

Rookie Referrers: Prospects and/or do not have a photovoltaic system (non-customers) through All Sun Solutions.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

As of Jan. 1st 2021, All Sun Solutions Legacy Referrers (Referral Program participants who have previously purchased and installed a photovoltaic system through All Sun Solutions) are eligible to receive up to $500 for all referrals who install with us under the same conditions, provided the terms and conditions outlined are met. There is no limit to the number of referrals one can submit and earn from the All Sun Solutions Referral Program. The referral must come from the sale at the point of signing or from our website from the All Sun Solutions referral page link, which can be found at www.AllSunSolutions.com/Referrals. 

 

Rookie Referrers (prospects and non-customers) are eligible to receive up to $500 for each referral they send us who successfully completes a full-solar installation with All Sun Solutions, with no limit to the number of referrals one can earn from.

 

Qualified referrals must be at least 18 years of age, homeowners, have a TransUnion-verified credit score high enough to qualify for financing, (if not paying in cash), and live near any of our operating territories; they must also be within installation boundaries of any of these operating territories as determined by All Sun Solutions. Referring individuals must be a resident in the United States and may not refer themselves nor anyone living in the same household. For each Qualified Individual that completes a solar system installation on his or her home pursuant to a contract with All Sun Solutions, referring individuals will receive U.S. $500.00 for each sold system we install. There is a limit of one monetary referral incentive per household on which a solar system is installed by All Sun Solutions. Solar installation must be completed within one year of referral submission to qualify for reward(s). All Sun Solutions LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue this promotion at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. Terms and conditions apply, and not every individual will qualify for solar system installation. This is a limited time, non-transferable offer and cannot be combined with any other offer. Referring individual is responsible for any and all tax reporting and liability related to any referral payment. Referrer must be current on his or her own All Sun Solutions system payments to be eligible to receive referral checks. Rewards will be mailed to the referrer within 12 weeks of each referral’s completed installation. Referring individual is responsible for notifying All Sun Solutions of address changes.

 

PROGRAM COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

Those partaking in either of our referral programs must comply with this Agreement to participate in All Sun Solutions’ referral programs and be eligible to receive referral checks. Those participating in either of the programs must quickly provide us with any information we request to verify your compliance with our referral programs and their guidelines. If you violate this Agreement, or if you violate terms and conditions of any other All Sun Solutions’ marketing programs or payment procedures, then, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, we reserve the right to indelibly and permanently withhold (and you agree you will not be eligible to receive) any and all fees otherwise payable to you under the customer referral programs.

 

REASONABLY QUALIFIED GUIDELINES

If it becomes apparent referrers are sending leads to All Sun Solutions with whom they do not have a relationship, e.g., leads from a phone book, All Sun Solutions reserves the right to disqualify referrers completing these actions from either of its referral programs.

 

CUSTOMERS

Our customers are not, by virtue of your participation in the referral programs, customers of referring parties. As between All Sun Solutions and referring parties, all prices, rules and policies concerning customer installations as set forth by All Sun Solutions’ company policies and agreements will apply to those customers and may be changed at any time without notice.

 

IDENTIFYING YOURSELF AS AN ASSOCIATE

By partaking in either of our referral programs, you agree you will not make any public communication with respect to this Agreement or your participation in either of All Sun Solutions referral programs without obtaining All Sun Solutions’ written permission beforehand. You agree to not misrepresent your relationship with us as a solar lead referrer, (including by expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, or endorse you as an individual), or express or imply any affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by the Agreement of our customer referral programs.

 

TERM & TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement begins with your registration for or use of our referral programs. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause (automatically and without recourse to the courts, if permitted under applicable law), by giving the other party written notice of termination provided that the effective date of such termination will be 7 calendar days from the date notice is provided.

 

You can provide termination of your partaking in either of these two programs to All Sun Solutions, and, likewise, we may terminate this Agreement immediately at any time upon written notice to you for Cause, where “Cause” is defined by any of the following items: (A) You are in material breach of this Agreement or you are in minor breach of this Agreement but you do not remedy it within 7 days; (B) We believe that we may face potential claims or liability in connection with your participation in the referral program. (C) We believe that our brand or reputation may be tarnished by you or in connection with your participation in either of All Sun Solutions referral programs; (D) We believe that we may become subject to tax collection requirements in connection with this Agreement or the activities performed by either party under this Agreement (E) We have previously terminated this Agreement with respect to you or other persons that we determine are affiliated with you or acting in concert with you for any reason (F) We have terminated either of our referral programs as we generally make it available to participants. No termination of this Agreement will relieve either party for any liability for any breach of, or liability accruing under, this Agreement prior to termination.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

All Sun Solutions will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability, inasmuch as it arises out of connection with service offerings to the referring party will not exceed the total monetary amount payable to the referring party under this Agreement. As the partaking party in this Agreement, you acknowledge and waive any remedy in equity or right, including injunctive or equitable relief in relation to this agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by all applicable law, we have no liability for any matter or incident directly or indirectly relating to the creation, maintenance, or operation of this Agreement. You agree to hold our employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees).

 

MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a change notice, revised Agreement, or revised Referral Program Policy on All Sun Solutions’ website (AllSunSolutions.Com) or by sending notice of such modification to you by email to the primary email address then-currently associated with the account information for which we have you on file. Your continuous participation in either of the two referral programs descending the effective date of any modifications made to either of the two programs solidifies your acceptance of the modifications. If you deem any of the modifications unacceptable, your single recourse within this Agreement is to terminate it as indicated above.
